We help many third sector organisations who need qualified staff to fill permanent, temporary and contract roles. We also help build pools of volunteers who you can communicate and book on-line.

TalentBank is our innovative solution for organisations to share talent, rather than hire full time staff - delivering low cost and flexible access to skilled resources. Our clients include:

• Banya, a foster care agency. We provide temporary staffing teams that include social workers, Form F assessors, family support workers and resourcers. We provide a managed service where we find temps, assess them and reference check as necessary, including CRBs.
• Grenfell Housing and Training, a housing association that provide housing, support and training to vulnerable people aged 16-30. We provide Grenfell with a managed service whereby we provide them with a rich source of pre-qualified staff to work within the organisation in management, administrative or social housing positions.
• YMCA, a charitable organisation providing supported housing to single homeless people. 
• SS Robin Trust, a heritage charity, who needed voluntary staff to help them with a lottery bid (which they won with the help of our volunteers).
